Support prototype and pilot builds, develop assembly/alignment processes, create tooling and fixtures, document procedures, perform reliability and root-cause analysis, and work cross-functionally to improve manufacturability, performance, and yield for CRDS-based gas measurement products.

Lead go-to-market for Industrial Solutions: define messaging and positioning, run product launches, enable sales with collateral and training, run customer and market research, create content and events, and partner cross-functionally to drive pipeline and roadmap input.

Embed at customer sites to drive adoption of PicarroLink and real-time emissions workflows. Lead onboarding, training, and mobile survey enablement; coach HSSE and Operations through detection-to-resolution workflows; provide product feedback and develop repeatable adoption playbooks while collaborating with Customer Success and Product to ensure compliance and measurable value during pilots.
