Responsible for identifying and growing customer relationships in aerospace and defense, acting as Voice of Customer, developing strategic account plans, cold calling, and coordinating internal teams to close technical sales opportunities involving cable and avionics technologies. Significant domestic travel required.

Lead industrialization and manufacturing engineering to drive process improvements, lean continuous improvement, product launches, and cost control across aerospace cable and interconnect production. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve throughput, reduce waste, and ensure quality and margin-aligned results.

Lead technical outside sales for aerospace and defense customers: identify new accounts, maintain relationships, capture requirements as Voice of Customer, develop strategic account plans, cold call when needed, and coordinate internal teams to close opportunities. Frequent domestic travel and airport proximity required.
