Lead engineering strategy and roadmap, recruit and mentor engineering leaders, drive innovation and product development, and implement operational excellence, KPIs, budgeting, and continuous improvement across aerospace/defense interconnect solutions.

Lead company-wide strategic sourcing to discover, qualify, and diversify high-precision suppliers for cables, connectors, and interconnect components. Own supplier evaluation, performance metrics, strategic supplier relationships, and mentor a procurement team to drive resilience, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Lead technical outside sales for aerospace and defense customers: identify new accounts, maintain relationships, capture requirements as Voice of Customer, develop strategic account plans, cold call when needed, and coordinate internal teams to close opportunities. Frequent domestic travel and airport proximity required.
