Sell and retain landlord insurance via inbound and outbound calls using supplied leads. Build rapport, match products to customer needs, renew policies, stop cancellations, and meet sales, retention, activity and quality targets while accurately recording activity and customer data.

The Senior Customer Development Manager will lead lettings growth, manage relationships with agents, and ensure compliance while driving sales performance in their region.

Lead Group technical accounting: maintain policies (IFRS/UK GAAP), prepare technical papers, manage EIR models, acquisition accounting, restructurings, FX and hedge accounting, share‑based payments, IFRS16/18 implementation, statutory statement review, auditor liaison, and strengthen controls and documentation across multi‑entity group finance.
