Maintain ML pipelines, investigate production issues, improve model quality, and optimize cost and latency. Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams while delivering tested, documented Python code using modern development practices.

Own and expand Piano’s North American partner ecosystem across healthcare, financial services, and media. Recruit, negotiate with, activate, and scale channel and technology partners; lead account mapping, co-sell motions, enablement, joint go-to-market activities, pipeline generation, deal registration, reporting, and forecasting. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and RevOps to drive partner-sourced revenue and improve opportunity conversion.

Own and expand Piano’s North American partner ecosystem across healthcare, financial services, and media. Responsibilities include identifying and signing channel and technology partners, negotiating agreements, activating partner relationships, conducting account mapping, enabling co-sell motions, generating partner-sourced pipeline, maintaining deal registration and reporting, forecasting revenue, and aligning Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and RevOps teams.
