Own and grow Piano’s strategic technology-partner ecosystem across data, payments, subscription, consent, measurement, and CRO platforms. Build joint go-to-market motions, manage agreements, triage inbound partnership and integration requests, and align commercial opportunities with Product and Solution Consulting. Establish partnership prioritization, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and operating processes while representing technology partnerships in company-wide planning.

Lead Piano’s global marketing function across demand generation, content, messaging, product marketing, partner marketing, communications, PR, and customer events. Own qualified pipeline, new ARR, funnel economics, and market positioning. Scale demand generation, simplify complex product messaging, establish a unified platform narrative, develop partner-sourced pipeline, and lead a primarily European team. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the executive leadership team.

Build and operate production ML and AI systems, including agentic products, LLM workflows, personalization models, guardrails, and inference services. Maintain ML pipelines, investigate production issues, improve model quality, and optimize cost and latency. Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams while delivering tested, documented Python code using modern development practices.
