Teams at Pi Security

Leads Pi Security’s engineering organization and technical execution at an early-stage security startup. Responsibilities include owning the engineering roadmap, making architectural decisions, writing and reviewing code, hiring and mentoring engineers, establishing scalable engineering practices, and guiding backend, AI/ML, integrations, and security-focused platform development. The role partners with founders and customers and is fully onsite in San Francisco.

Own product design for security workflows, dashboards, investigations, remediation, and an AI assistant. Translate complex technical contexts into clear, trustworthy interfaces; create flows, prototypes, and polished UI; collaborate closely with product and engineering; conduct customer research and usability testing; and help evolve design systems and visual patterns for a fast-moving startup.

Own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, field enablement, and go-to-market support for Pi’s cybersecurity platform. Translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer-facing content, support launches, engage directly with customers and prospects, and help define the product security category. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and technical teams in a hands-on startup environment.
