Own the roadmap for a core Physitrack platform area from discovery through launch and adoption. Conduct customer research with clinicians and healthcare buyers, prioritize product problems, write specifications and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineers, define and measure product success, and coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing. The role requires approximately three years of B2B SaaS product management experience and ownership of shipped features that improved measurable outcomes.

Own and evolve a multi-region AWS and EKS platform, Terraform infrastructure, GitOps deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. Lead application and database migrations, manage PostgreSQL and RDS, maintain the Ruby on Rails runtime, optimize cloud costs, conduct disaster recovery testing, and support incident readiness. Serve as the infrastructure contact for engineering, security, and commercial teams while participating in a compensated 24/7 on-call rotation.

Own the security and reliability of a multi-region AWS infrastructure, including Envoy-based edge protection, WAF, rate limiting, cloud security posture, secrets, certificates, PostgreSQL and search platforms, and observability. Build reliable monitoring, alerting, detection, and runbooks while supporting ISO 27001 audits and enterprise security reviews. Participate in compensated on-call rotation and document threat models, decisions, and operational procedures.
