Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend, improve legacy code, and help shape product direction. The role requires JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML/CSS, testing, Git, and hands-on agentic AI experience. The engineer will work autonomously within a remote product team, participate in agile development, and contribute to maintainable, user-focused software.

Educate and onboard clinics using remote therapeutic monitoring, guiding them from policy acceptance through patient enrollment and CPT eligibility. Answer clinician questions about RTM review time, billing, and copays; create enablement materials for sales and customer success teams; train internal teams; and support prospective customer calls with clinical credibility. The role does not involve clinical monitoring or access to patient data.

Own and evolve a multi-region AWS and EKS platform, Terraform infrastructure, GitOps deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. Lead application and database migrations, manage PostgreSQL and RDS, maintain the Ruby on Rails runtime, optimize cloud costs, conduct disaster recovery testing, and support incident readiness. Serve as the infrastructure contact for engineering, security, and commercial teams while participating in a compensated 24/7 on-call rotation.
