Coordinates recruiting activities from candidate contact through onboarding. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing calendars, communicating with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining ATS records, collecting feedback, coordinating site visits, supporting onboarding, assisting with recruiting events, and resolving scheduling or process bottlenecks. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, President, and executive leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, communications, records maintenance, project tracking, vendor liaison work, purchasing, onboarding, expense reporting, and executive dashboards. The role requires discretion with confidential information and occasional travel between company locations in a healthcare corporate environment.
