Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, communications, records maintenance, project tracking, vendor liaison work, purchasing, onboarding, expense reporting, and executive dashboards. The role requires discretion with confidential information and occasional travel between company locations in a healthcare corporate environment.

Coordinates incoming and outgoing healthcare referrals by verifying patient information and eligibility, communicating with providers, insurers, patients, and external agencies, maintaining accurate EHR records, supporting appointment scheduling, ensuring privacy and insurance compliance, resolving referral issues, and preparing activity reports to improve workflows.

Support general ledger accuracy, journal entries, audit documentation, and financial reporting while collaborating with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations teams.
