Provide general and cosmetic dermatology care to a large patient base, perform procedures in well-appointed facilities, use EMA charting, collaborate with medical assistants for prior authorizations and follow-up, and manage high patient volumes with productivity-based compensation.

Provide pre- and post-operative care and education for Mohs surgery patients, assist the surgeon during procedures, maintain sterile fields and surgical equipment, document care in EMR, and support patient flow across multiple clinic locations.

Manage all clinical laboratory operations including personnel, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, inventory, regulatory (CLIA) compliance, LIS management, process improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure accurate, timely patient diagnostic services.
