Senior Product Counsel will advise healthcare technology product and engineering teams on healthcare regulation, privacy, payments, communications, and other regulated domains. The role provides practical legal guidance from product concept through launch, protects patient data, develops scalable legal processes, and partners with executive, product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Candidates need substantial healthcare regulatory and product counseling experience, a JD, legal licensure, and strong business judgment.

Lead and modernize Sales Operations for Phreesia Network Solutions: own forecasting, territory/quota planning, CRM and sales tech, pipeline hygiene, reporting, AI-driven analytics and automation, deal desk and quote-to-cash improvements, and manage a Sales Operations team to scale commercial growth and efficiency.

Own end-to-end patient engagement campaigns for pharmaceutical clients: kickoff through launch and measurement, manage setup, quality control, reporting, client communication, cross-functional coordination, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
