Senior Business Systems Analyst to define requirements for agent-facing servicing applications, design integrations/APIs with core banking systems, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, improve agent workflows and productivity, and identify AI/ML opportunities for fraud detection, automation, and operational analytics. Supports testing, validation, and releases.

Lead development of scalable enterprise applications using Java and full-stack technologies. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, code reviews, team leadership and mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, CI/CD and cloud deployment, performance and security optimization, and technical roadmap development. The role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, front-end frameworks, microservices, cloud platforms, containerization, databases, and Agile practices.

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, removes impediments, manages dependencies and delivery risks, supports backlog refinement and release planning, tracks metrics, promotes continuous improvement, and provides transparent reporting on delivery status. Partners with Product Owners, engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, security, business stakeholders, and leadership to improve delivery predictability, quality, and team performance.
