Lead and scale the engineering organization, set technical strategy and architecture, hire and develop managers and senior engineers, ensure execution, reliability, security/compliance (HIPAA), and represent engineering to leadership, board, and partners.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own features from design to deployment, collaborate with various teams, mentor others, and influence architectural decisions across the platform.

Lead Photon's design across product, brand, and marketing, defining visual and narrative systems, owning design systems and core UX flows for patients, providers, pharmacies, and partners. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial to prioritize roadmap, ship high-quality experiences, support sales materials, and hire and mentor designers while remaining hands-on to set craft standards.
