Build and own Photon’s people systems end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, comp and benefits, HR compliance, internal tooling and automation, company rituals, and performance/feedback design. Partner with executives on people-driven planning and scale the function from hands-on contributor to team leader as the company grows.

The Product Lead will manage the platform layer of Photon, focusing on API and integration tools, enhancing user onboarding, and ensuring scalable systems.

The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team, drive execution, mentor engineers, improve team performance, and collaborate with other departments to enhance product deliveries.
