Leads manufacturing engineering activities at a Thailand contract manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, throughput, yield, equipment optimization, and process compliance. Trains operators and engineering teams, develops manufacturing documentation, reviews process yields, supports root-cause investigations and product qualification, and drives automation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. Collaborates daily with U.S.-based engineering, production, quality, and operations teams.

Lead global supplier management, sourcing, procurement, purchase orders, inventory and cost control for manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include onboarding and negotiating with suppliers, tracking scorecards, managing corrective actions, expediting deliveries, driving cost savings, and supporting quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain capacity models to translate dynamic demand into executable capacity plans; analyze demand variability, collaborate with demand, supply, engineering and CMs; leverage Excel, ERP/MRP, and AI-enabled forecasts to monitor utilization, identify constraints, and recommend mitigation strategies.
