Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of system architectures across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms for federal IT modernization. Provide technical leadership, ensure performance, reliability, and integration, produce documentation, and collaborate with DevOps, security, and stakeholders within Agile teams.

Processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions for commercial and federal contracts. Responsibilities include invoice preparation and validation, payment processing, reconciliations, receivables tracking, contract funding and expenditure monitoring, financial reporting, audit documentation, and compliance with contract requirements and internal controls. The role also coordinates with accounting teams, program leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and support accurate, timely financial operations.

Performs project-based accounting for commercial and federal contracts, including contract administration, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, subcontractor invoice review, payments, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and process automation.
