Performs structural analysis and design for wireless telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, monopoles, buildings, mounts, foundations, and equipment. Prepares engineering calculations, reports, construction documents, and field assessments; conducts QA/QC reviews; supports permitting, construction administration, and stakeholder coordination. Requires a Professional Engineer license, structural design experience, knowledge of applicable codes, and proficiency with structural engineering software. The role is based in Seattle and includes up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Collects, validates, and maintains tower operations and lease management data. Develops standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions; handles analytics requests; performs reconciliation and quality control; and supports reporting automation, process optimization, and data governance for Asset Management.

Leads national sales growth for wireless infrastructure assets by developing executive carrier relationships, originating leasing and collocation opportunities, negotiating portfolio-level agreements, managing pipeline forecasting, and collaborating across real estate, operations, legal, finance, and asset management teams.
