Leads full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for operator and skilled trade roles across Atlanta facilities. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, background checks, benefits administration, HRIS and payroll updates, employee relations support, training coordination, workers’ compensation administration, compliance, and maintaining personnel records. The role also partners with hiring managers, technical schools, staffing agencies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines and support core HR programs.

Designs mechanical parts, tooling, fixtures, and related documentation for sheet metal manufacturing. Evaluates customer designs, performs tolerance and GD&T analysis, develops prototypes, validates first articles, supports product launches, manages engineering changes, and improves manufacturability, quality, repeatability, and cost efficiency. The role also maintains ERP data, leads project launches, supports manufacturing activities, and contributes to engineering reviews and R&D efforts.

Supports quality and safety programs across multiple manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include safety training and audits, ISO documentation, production and process audits, incoming inspection, nonconforming material disposition, measurement system maintenance, new-part launches, capability studies, PPAP documentation, customer complaint response, and root-cause/corrective-action activities. The role requires approximately 40% travel and collaboration with plant teams to improve quality, safety, and manufacturing performance.
