Lead day-to-day operations of an assisted living community including P&L and financial management, regulatory compliance, safety, staff leadership, and resident/family satisfaction. Own sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue, oversee budgets, payroll/accounts payable/receivable, and ensure adherence to OSHA and state/federal assisted-living regulations.

Provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment: assist with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, feeding, documentation, infection control, and emotional support while maintaining safety and dignity.

Provide medication administration and clinical support for assisted living residents, monitor health and document changes, assist with monthly wellness visits and vitals, communicate with families and leadership, and support resident care and wellness initiatives.
