Leads community-level sales and marketing for a senior living community. Responsibilities include generating and converting leads, conducting tours, closing sales, building referral relationships, managing CRM records, analyzing sales performance, conducting competitive research, preparing reports, supporting marketing initiatives, and achieving occupancy and revenue goals. The role also manages departmental invoices and budget impacts while representing the community professionally to prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Provides nursing and wellness support to assisted-living residents, including medication administration, health assessments, vital signs, weights, care-plan updates, documentation, direct care, family communication, and clinical leadership under the Wellness Director.

Manages business office operations, payroll preparation, records retention, supplies, office systems, policies, staffing, training, performance management, budgeting, inventory control, and process improvement. Reports to the Executive Director and supports community operations through administrative oversight, financial monitoring, and associate engagement.
