Provide medication administration and clinical support for assisted living residents. Monitor resident health, complete and document wellness visits and Personalized Service Plans, obtain vitals and weights, communicate care changes to leadership and families, and assist with resident care while supporting clinical quality and wellness program elements.

Provide medication assistance/administration and monitor resident health. Support wellness nurse and leadership with monthly wellness visits, documentation, vital signs, care planning, and communication with families and directors. Assist with resident care and clinical quality assurance in an assisted living/dementia care environment.

Prepare and plate meals, follow posted menus and standardized recipes, handle and serve food per sanitary and regulatory standards, accommodate special diets, maintain cleanliness and infection-control procedures, and provide dining service to residents and guests during assigned shifts.
