Leads and manages the memory care neighborhood, including resident-centered care planning, staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, wellness programming, family coordination, regulatory compliance, safety, risk management, and quality of care. Oversees personalized service plans, assessments, resident changes in condition, emergency response, and coordination with wellness, food and beverage, and outreach departments.

Provide overnight nursing care for residents: administer medications, monitor health and vitals, assist with monthly wellness visits and Personalized Service Plans, document changes, communicate with families and leadership, and support direct resident care and clinical quality assurance.

Provide medication administration and clinical support for assisted living residents, monitor health and document changes, assist with monthly wellness visits and vitals, communicate with families and leadership, and support dementia and elder care under certified Medication Aide scope.
