Oversee daily outpatient physical therapy clinic operations, patient care services, staffing, scheduling, team development, KPIs, budgets, compliance, and quality initiatives. The role also provides physical therapy services, develops community and referral relationships, supports program growth, and maintains a safe, effective clinic environment.

Oversee daily clinic operations, manage and develop physical therapy staff, provide patient care, ensure Medicare compliance, manage KPIs and budgets, and grow community referral relationships.

Assists physical therapy staff with routine operational and patient-support tasks, including preparing patients, treatment rooms, equipment, and linens; helping patients with limited mobility; providing treatment information; maintaining supplies; and ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Performs administrative duties and follows workplace procedures and regulations. Requires physical ability to lift and exert force, along with CPR certification and a high school education or equivalent.
