Lead and train lathe team, set up and operate CNC lathes to blueprint specs, ensure quality and production targets for flight-critical aerospace parts, oversee repairs and vendor service, enforce safety and standard work, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC machines to produce aerospace parts to blueprint specifications. Inspect parts for conformance, perform light preventative maintenance, follow AS9100/ISO and lean processes, maintain documentation and safety compliance, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production Control.

Lead development and improvement of manufacturing processes for flight‑critical aerospace components. Create standard work, design fixtures and tooling, apply lean and Six Sigma, support NPI, ensure AS9100/ISO9001 compliance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
