The role requires at least six months of related PCA experience, a driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance, drug and background check clearance, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Leads multi-state, high-volume payroll operations for more than 8,000 healthcare employees. Manages five Payroll Specialists, oversees payroll accuracy, taxes, deductions, garnishments, compliance, audits, reporting, and year-end processes. Serves as the UKG payroll lead, partners with HRIS and cross-functional teams, resolves system issues, supports integrations, and drives automation and workflow improvements.

Supervise private-duty and in-home care staff, including nurses, caregivers, and CNAs. Conduct case conferences, assess patient conditions, document care electronically, perform authorized client visits, train and evaluate staff, support recruitment, ensure compliance with company and state policies, coordinate patient needs with healthcare resources, and participate in quality and education activities.
