Teams at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice

Provide in-home assistance including personal care (bathing, medication reminders), light housekeeping, meal prep/cleanup, laundry, transportation, errands, and companionship. Work ~24 hours/week; must lift up to 50 lbs.

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes, supporting complex medical needs, building long-term family relationships, and participating in individualized care plans. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with specialized training and premium pay for off-hours.

Support hiring and onboarding by processing new hire paperwork, completing background checks, leading orientation, providing daily HR administrative support, answering employee questions, maintaining records, and assisting with HR projects to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.
