Builds Phoenix’s talent pipeline through community outreach, relationship development, career fairs, school and healthcare partnerships, and candidate engagement throughout the St. Louis area. The role represents the organization at events, generates candidate leads, connects prospects with recruiters, tracks outreach results, and develops creative recruiting strategies. It requires strong communication, organization, initiative, and comfort with travel and occasional evening or weekend events.

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Build trusted relationships with patients and families, support patient-centered care, and help children remain at home. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available, with specialized hands-on training for nurses with or without pediatric experience.
