Develop and execute product marketing and portfolio strategies for Phoenix Contact’s DIN rail-mounted UPS products. Responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, Voice of Customer programs, product lifecycle management, positioning, pricing support, go-to-market planning, product launches, sales enablement, business cases, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain. The role also supports strategic customer engagements, portfolio growth, commercialization, and team mentoring in a hybrid office environment with travel.

Own customer-facing BOM, sourcing, demand planning, and operational execution programs for global data center initiatives. Coordinate customers and cross-functional teams across sales, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Analyze forecasts, manage risks and escalations, resolve delivery and sourcing issues, oversee supplier and regional onboarding, monitor performance, and drive process improvements. Build customer relationships, conduct site engagements, maintain business-system documentation, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
