Provides technical pre-sales and post-sales support for EtherWAN networking products. Conducts product demonstrations, network audits, solution design, customer training, network simulations, technical support, and field engagements. Collaborates with sales, partners, and internal teams to generate revenue, capture market needs, document customer interactions in CRM, and develop technical content. Requires strong networking expertise, presentation skills, customer-facing experience, and extensive travel.

Leads the Power Reliability product marketing function, managing and developing product marketing teams while directing portfolio strategy, market analysis, product positioning, pricing, commercialization, launches, and lifecycle decisions. Partners across engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, and marketing to drive revenue, profitability, market share, customer insight, and organizational effectiveness. Oversees forecasting, budgeting, investment prioritization, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and strategic customer engagement.

Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. Coordinates exhibitor services, vendors, shipping, transportation, hotel arrangements, registrations, booth logistics, floor plans, payments, invoices, on-site staffing, and post-event follow-up. Collaborates with event stakeholders, manages deadlines and budgets, tracks booth inventory, and provides on-site support, including at least 30% domestic travel.
