Leads enterprise technology and digital transformation programs across multiple functions and business units. Translates strategic objectives into executable plans, roadmaps, and initiatives; manages governance, risks, dependencies, resources, and change; monitors benefits realization; and provides executive reporting and decision support. Serves as the liaison between the Strategic Enterprise PMO and IT PMO while aligning technology investments, platforms, architecture, and business outcomes.

Leads enterprise strategic sales programs from approved strategy through execution and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional and international initiatives, managing governance, risks, dependencies, resources, and change, and monitoring benefits realization. The role partners with executive leadership, Sales, customer-facing teams, and supporting functions while providing executive reporting, recommendations, and decision support. This hybrid position requires regular travel to the Harrisburg-area campus, international air travel, and overnight travel as needed.

Manage and grow regional strategic accounts across Ohio, Kentucky, and parts of Tennessee. Develop account strategies, roadmaps, business reviews, forecasts, and customer relationships while meeting sales quotas. Lead cross-functional teams, negotiate pricing, support proposals and demonstrations, maintain CRM records, qualify opportunities, follow up on quotations, and provide technical guidance on Phoenix Contact products and industrial automation solutions.
