Contribute to pre-sales, consulting methods, and analyst mentoring.

Lead multiple concurrent Salesforce, SAP, and NetSuite implementation projects from scoping through go-live and handover. Manage plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, scope, change requests, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate consultant teams, report project status to clients and leadership, support commercial discussions, and improve delivery methodologies. The role is fully remote but requires UK residency and UK business-hours availability.

Own Phoenix Consulting’s marketing function, strategy, brand, content, channels, website, and performance reporting. Lead positioning and thought leadership in healthcare and pharma technology consulting, create expert content and marketing collateral, build industry relationships, support recruitment marketing, and advise leadership on brand and growth. The role requires substantial marketing experience, pharma familiarity, strong B2B professional-services expertise, excellent writing, autonomous ownership, and the ability to build and direct a growing marketing function.
