Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for client engagements. Build journeys, automations, data extensions, personalizations, and API integrations using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, advise client stakeholders, support presales and scoping, identify delivery risks, and mentor junior developers. The role is remote within the UK with occasional travel to client sites for workshops and go-lives.

Lead multiple concurrent Salesforce, SAP, and NetSuite implementation projects from scoping through go-live and handover. Manage plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, scope, change requests, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate consultant teams, report project status to clients and leadership, support commercial discussions, and improve delivery methodologies. The role is fully remote but requires UK residency and UK business-hours availability.

Leads net-new revenue generation across target industries, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and close. Builds executive relationships, leverages an established industry network, develops qualified pipeline, forecasts accurately, and leads proposals and pitches with solution architects and delivery teams. The role also expands healthcare and life sciences accounts, represents the company at industry and partner events, and supports broader sales strategy.
