Drive PHMG's growth by researching markets, identifying decision-makers, initiating contact, and securing new clients. Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver tailored demos and close deals across UK or US markets.

Manage implementation and ongoing support of bespoke audio branding on client telephony systems. Coordinate with account managers, subcontractors and field engineers, perform remote updates to call flows and audio uploads, and log and track all project work in the CRM and ticketing system.

Manage day-to-day relationships for 400–500 client accounts, coordinating creatives and internal teams to deliver audio branding projects, identify commercial opportunities, maintain pipeline and client health metrics, and provide exceptional customer service and strategic advice.
