Manage day-to-day operations for North American clients, project-manage creative audio branding productions, liaise with internal teams (Copy, Post-Production, Music, Voice, Technical), handle client queries, follow up after campaigns, identify upsell opportunities, and perform quality-check calls.

Manage technical implementation and ongoing support of audio branding on client telephony systems. Coordinate engineers and subcontractors, schedule remote/site engineering works, log and update project cases in the CRM, and resolve tickets to meet SLAs while delivering excellent client communication and service.

Own a portfolio of B2B North American clients to retain, renew and grow revenue. Build relationships, handle renewals and objections, resolve client issues, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and consistently hit retention and revenue targets.
