Own the strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, client experience, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of PHMG’s Cloud Telephony, AI Receptionist, and CCE products. Translate client, technical, partner, and commercial needs into scalable products and service models while improving adoption, retention, margins, launch governance, support readiness, and cross-functional alignment.

Engage business leaders, identify sales opportunities, book qualified appointments, manage a personal pipeline, and achieve ambitious targets. Leads and develops the Data Engineering team while owning the organization’s data platform, architecture, warehouse, and pipelines. Establishes engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, monitoring, documentation, and observability. Translates data strategy into an engineering roadmap, partners with IT and infrastructure teams on integrations and migrations, and improves platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency. The role also drives data governance, quality, security, agile delivery, and stakeholder communication.
