Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, datasets, warehouses, lakehouses, and integrations. Develop the Microsoft Fabric data platform, data models, and engineering practices covering source control, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, documentation, and error handling. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Reporting, Insights, Data Science, IT, and business teams to improve data quality, architecture, performance, and reliability.

Own and evolve Cloud Telephony, AI Receptionist and CCE products: set strategy and roadmap, define client journeys and service models, drive adoption and retention, manage commercial performance and partner resell, ensure operational readiness and SLAs, and use data and cross-functional feedback to improve product performance and reduce churn.

Deliver and publish internal content across Workvivo, email, Teams and video; write and edit copy; support communication plans, events and rollouts; gather stakeholder input; track engagement metrics and produce simple dashboards to measure impact.
