Generate and qualify business opportunities by speaking with business leaders, identifying sales prospects, booking high-quality appointments, managing a pipeline, and achieving ambitious targets. Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including supplier ledger reviews, reconciliations, invoice and payment processing, purchase order administration, banking activities, and financial controls. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, support month-end, year-end, and audit activities, and collaborate with finance and operations teams. Coach and develop the AP team while resolving supplier issues and maintaining accurate, efficient processes.

Oversee quality assurance for client retention and product implementation functions. The role develops internal audit processes, reviews client communications and account management, analyzes quality data and trends, monitors inbox performance, tests CRM updates, establishes departmental targets, coaches teams, and implements process improvements. It also assesses at-risk client accounts to support retention and reduce revenue loss.
