Design and build a scalable AI evaluation and QA framework within Salesforce to measure response quality, detect hallucinations, validate compliance, run regression tests, enable human-in-the-loop reviews, and deliver dashboards, integrations, and automation to monitor and improve AI-enabled employee support at scale.

Design and build AI-native, agentic workflows and Windchill customizations to automate part creation, BOM generation/validation, and engineering change processes. Develop Windchill extensions, enterprise integrations (MDM/ERP/procurement/manufacturing), AI/agent interfaces, data governance, testing, CI/CD, and production support while ensuring auditability, security, and scalable performance across large PLM datasets.

Lead functional ownership and hypercare for o9 Postponement rollout, drive MEIO functional design and deployment, manage L2/L3 support, incident triage, testing, and production stabilization while coordinating stakeholders, integrations, and release activities.
