Lead LPBF additive manufacturing operations at the Navy’s Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence. Develop build strategies, qualification processes, and repeatable production workflows; troubleshoot metallurgical and process challenges through root-cause analysis; optimize build files and manufacturing processes; analyze machine telemetry and inspection data; improve quality, uptime, cost, and production readiness; and mentor teammates on advanced manufacturing practices.

Leads growth and commercial success for a digital manufacturing systems portfolio, including CAD/CAM, analytics, simulation, and edge technologies. Develops go-to-market, pricing, positioning, forecasting, and margin strategies; enables federal sales teams; supports DoD business development and proposals; manages manufacturer and channel partnerships; and coordinates sales, engineering, support, and marketing to drive adoption, renewals, upgrades, and recurring revenue.

Manage federal contracts throughout the lifecycle, from proposal and solicitation review through closeout and retention. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, and customer requirements; identify contractual risks; negotiate terms; coordinate internal approvals and work orders; communicate with customers and government agencies; maintain audit-ready records; develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans; and improve contracting processes.
