Provide project coordination and executive support to the VP of Supply Chain: plan and track supply chain initiatives, maintain KPI dashboards and reports, coordinate vendors and internal teams, manage budgets and expenses, prepare executive materials, and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Onsite five days per week supporting cross-functional initiatives and contractor deliverables.

Represent Phillip Jeffries in Catalonia by building relationships with interior designers, driving sales growth, prospecting new accounts, managing projects and CRM pipeline, promoting new collections, supporting cross-functional teams, attending events, and reporting weekly/monthly performance.

The Studio Sales Lead will drive sales, enhance client experiences, and manage studio operations while building relationships with customers and supporting business growth initiatives.
