Provides remote sales and customer support for commercial design projects. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, product inquiries, orders, shipments, payments, returns, CRM documentation, quotes, and sample orders. Coordinates project timelines, approvals, meetings, and departmental follow-up while resolving issues proactively. The role supports sales representatives, designers, architects, installers, and partner showrooms, ensuring accurate pricing, organized documentation, and timely project execution.

Creates photorealistic wallcovering room scenes, tileable rendering assets, panel maps, CADs, instructional diagrams, underlay files, and cropping guidelines. Maintains accurate, organized, version-controlled visualization assets and uploads them to digital platforms and asset management systems. Collaborates with marketing, design, product development, and production teams to meet visual and technical standards. Requires strong expertise in lighting, materials, scale, texture, retouching, file organization, and emerging visualization technologies.
