Leads luxury showroom visual design and merchandising across global locations. Designs displays, props, styling elements, tradeshows, pop-ups, and experiential environments; establishes merchandising standards; manages projects, budgets, timelines, installations, audits, and process improvements; and coaches Visual Merchandising team members. Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Showroom teams to strengthen brand storytelling, customer experience, and sales performance.

Pick, pack, receive, put away, and replenish wallcovering samples accurately and efficiently. Meet fulfillment service-level agreements, maintain an organized and clean 5S-standard workspace, and contribute process-improvement ideas. The role requires reading English documents and computer screens, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Prior fulfillment-center, order-picker, reach-truck, or forklift experience is advantageous but not required.

Provides remote sales and customer support for commercial design projects. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, product inquiries, orders, shipments, payments, returns, CRM documentation, quotes, and sample orders. Coordinates project timelines, approvals, meetings, and departmental follow-up while resolving issues proactively. The role supports sales representatives, designers, architects, installers, and partner showrooms, ensuring accurate pricing, organized documentation, and timely project execution.
