Provides operational order support for the Hospital Patient Monitoring business, ensuring customer purchases are accurate and compliant from order intake through confirmed delivery and invoicing. Responsibilities include validating product codes, quantities, pricing, and completeness; entering orders and changes into processing systems; tracking order status; coordinating across functions; resolving and escalating issues; and supporting process improvements.

Processes and validates customer sales orders from receipt through delivery and after-sales support. Checks product availability, prepares delivery proposals, coordinates with supply planning, reviews complex orders, manages special orders and combined shipments, and supports on-time delivery. Produces daily analyses, weekly root-cause reports, and monthly order and sales reports. The role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, English communication, and occasional overtime or holiday work.

Manage Philips federal government contract portfolios, delivery orders, requests for proposals and offers, consolidations, quotes, modifications, compliance, and performance reporting. Serve as the primary contact for federal contracting officers and advise sales and account teams on procurement requirements. Track contract KPIs, wins, losses, cancellations, revenue impacts, and modification root causes while coordinating with sales and customer project management.
