Leads the financial aid office and administers federal, state, institutional, and private aid programs. Ensures Title IV and state compliance, oversees packaging, verification, disbursement, reporting, audits, R2T4, SAP, and professional judgment processes. Manages Jenzabar configuration, policies, institutional scholarships, student outreach, and regulatory disclosures. Supervises and develops staff, coordinates with campus departments, prepares executive and agency reports, and supports enrollment, recruitment, and retention goals.

Provides executive leadership for the university’s financial operations, strategy, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, debt, investments, reporting, procurement, and controls. Advises the President and Board, oversees financial sustainability and capital financing, manages audits and systems modernization, and leads Fiscal Affairs personnel. Partners with enrollment and institutional leaders on revenue modeling, resource allocation, and long-term planning.

Responsible for general ledger accountability, monthly close, reconciliations, financial and grant reporting, fixed asset management, purchase order lifecycle, audit support, and improving accounting systems while ensuring compliance with GAAP/GASB and funding regulations.
