Leads visitor services across 5+ Philadelphia locations, managing managers, associates, volunteers, staffing, training, employee relations, partnerships, vendors, scheduling, and daily visitor-facing operations. Builds consistent service standards, develops workforce strategy, supports ticket sales and city promotions, and fosters an inclusive, high-performing culture across visitor centers and pop-up sites.

The Chief Financial Officer leads PVCC’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, cash management, investments, restricted funding, contracts, and compliance across multiple sites and fiscal sponsorships. The CFO advises executive leadership and the Board Finance Committee, manages National Park Service agreements, oversees HR, benefits, retirement programs, insurance, risk mitigation, internal controls, and supervises 1.5 FTE. The role requires strategic leadership alongside hands-on financial and administrative management.

The Visitor Experience Associate provides customer service to visitors, offers information about attractions, sells tickets, and resolves guest issues. They maintain the information desk and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
