Manage the Communications and Marketing website content lifecycle: strategy, stakeholder coordination, copy-editing, publishing, asset creation and maintenance, quality review, analytics monitoring, and liaising with IT for enhancements. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency updates.

Lead institutional email strategy, manage the email platform and centralized calendar, build and deploy campaigns, oversee audience segmentation and list health, create and maintain templates, coordinate cross-departmental workflows, and optimize performance to drive engagement, attendance, membership, and revenue.

Conduct scientific research and analysis to support preservation and interpretation of museum collections. Collaborate with conservators and curators, publish findings, maintain and select laboratory instruments, mentor staff and trainees, assist with budgeting, outreach, and develop departmental resources and collaborations.
