Philadelphia Green Capital Corp. (PGCC) is Pennsylvania’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit green bank and an affiliate of the Philadelphia Energy Authority. It connects public, private, and philanthropic capital with energy-efficiency, renewable-energy, and climate-resiliency projects. Through financing products such as pre-development and term loans, PGCC seeks to lower energy costs, improve buildings, expand equitable clean-energy investment, and create healthier, more resilient communities across Greater Philadelphia.
