Leads operational and technical quality excellence across patient support and pharmacy workflows. Owns AI-enabled monitoring, automated quality controls, process standardization, test automation, release validation, escalation frameworks, and executive reporting. Partners with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Client Success to reduce errors, expand quality coverage without proportional headcount growth, and lead a tenured quality team through operational transformation.

Owns retention, expansion, and cross-sell for pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts. The Director builds executive relationships, leads business reviews, grows prescription script share, identifies new brand opportunities, and coordinates Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams. The role translates program data into commercial insights, advocates for client priorities internally, resolves risks proactively, and maintains account plans. Success is measured through renewals, account growth, cross-sell opportunities, executive engagement, and client advocacy.

Own and scale product marketing, content, and sales enablement end-to-end: GTM messaging, launches, sales materials, competitive differentiation, and measurement to drive pipeline, deal acceleration, and win rates. Manage multiple senior initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and use AI to scale output and optimize results.
