Own and scale product marketing, content, and sales enablement end-to-end: GTM messaging, launches, sales materials, competitive differentiation, and measurement to drive pipeline, deal acceleration, and win rates. Manage multiple senior initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and use AI to scale output and optimize results.

Manage high-priority sales and client escalations involving prescription access and pharmacy processing. Coordinate resolutions across Client Success, Operations, Pharmacy Support, prescribers, payers, and pharmacies while meeting SLAs. Diagnose claim rejections, identify root causes, improve escalation workflows and documentation, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and analyze escalation trends to support staffing, operational planning, and scalable growth.

Leads the operational excellence function by building scalable processes, infrastructure, workflows, quality systems, and reporting for patient support, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. Partners with Product and Engineering to embed AI-enabled automation, monitoring, and controls. Drives cross-functional accountability, continuous improvement, and issue resolution while developing the team and communicating performance insights to executive leadership.
