Lead defined client relationships, workstreams, delivery alignment, and expansion opportunities for a strategic enterprise account. Translate business priorities into data, analytics, cloud, and AI roadmaps; coordinate Sales, Delivery, technical teams, Finance, and partners; lead executive conversations, workshops, QBRs, proposals, and pursuits; monitor risks and outcomes; and contribute to account governance, playbooks, and team mentorship. The role is based in Atlanta or requires relocation and involves up to 50% travel.

Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving client delivery, revenue growth, profitability, and executive relationships. Translate AI and data objectives into programs involving platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and machine learning. Lead account strategy, executive meetings, QBRs, governance, risk resolution, partner collaboration, and delivery oversight. Contribute to sales enablement, industry playbooks, thought leadership, and practice standards while mentoring team members.

Leads complex client-facing data and AI programs from strategy through delivery, coordinating multi-geo teams and partners. Owns roadmaps, budgets, margins, risks, escalations, utilization, change control, and executive communications. Partners with technical leaders to connect delivery with measurable business outcomes, identifies account expansion opportunities, and supports coaching and AI-augmented delivery practices. The role requires managing multiple customers and workstreams across cloud, analytics, data platforms, and AI/ML environments.
