The Territory Director focuses on scaling phData's business by building relationships with partners, acquiring new customers, and managing account relationships. This includes driving lead generation and collaborating with team members to deliver data and AI engineering services to enterprises in their territory.

Lead design, delivery, and operational support of large-scale cloud-native data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure). Architect solutions, mentor engineers, manage multiple customer accounts, optimize performance, automate operations, and present technical recommendations to executives.

Lead client-facing data and AI programs, translate strategy into delivery roadmaps, manage multi-geo teams, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, and drive measurable business outcomes and account expansion.
