Drive strategic growth by developing and managing key customer accounts, partnering with distributors and Yamaha Robotics Group, and delivering technical automation solutions. Build relationships, execute account plans, support distributor channels, identify new applications and global opportunities, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling and account management.

Supervise assembly cell operations to ensure on-time product delivery, coach and develop staff, manage union/non-union teams, resolve production and quality issues, implement process improvements, coordinate training, and maintain compliance with safety and administrative procedures.
