Develop and execute Phasecraft’s content marketing strategy across blogs, social media, video, websites, and other channels. Translate complex quantum computing and scientific concepts into accessible, credible narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate with scientists and technical experts, track content performance, monitor quantum and deep-tech news, and maintain multimedia content assets.

Partner with leaders and employees on HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, organizational design, talent reviews, onboarding, compliance, policies, HR systems, and people administration across global offices. The role supports scalable processes, manager coaching, employment documentation, payroll coordination, and a positive, inclusive company culture.

The Quantum Algorithms Scientist will develop and implement quantum algorithms, conduct research on quantum computing applications, and collaborate on publications and presentations.
