Pharos Production Inc.

Pharos Production Inc. is a custom software development and AI engineering company founded in 2013. Headquartered in Las Vegas with an engineering office in Kyiv, our 83-person team builds production software for founders and enterprises. Our work spans AI agents, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation and machine learning. We build payment platforms and banking systems, blockchain protocols, smart contracts and decentralized applications. Our web, mobile and enterprise software teams support projects from discovery and architecture through development, testing, cloud deployment and ongoing maintenance. Engineers work directly with clients and document technical decisions. Weekly demos and project retrospectives make delivery progress visible. Our technical leadership includes founder and CTO Dr. Dmytro Nasyrov. Remote collaboration connects our US and Ukrainian teams. Explore current opportunities at pharosproduction.com/careers/.
