Manage nuclear pharmacy operations, staff performance, P&L, budgeting, radiopharmaceutical production, quality control, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, radiation safety, and onsite quality assurance. The role requires maintaining pharmacy licensure, supporting NRC or state Authorized User designation, ensuring compliance with USP, FDA, DOT, and pharmacy regulations, and working flexible schedules with frequent travel.

Leads global accounting and controllership operations, managing a 20-plus-person team across multiple countries. Oversees financial reporting, close processes, consolidations, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, cash management, banking, and covenant reporting. Partners with the CFO on financial strategy, risk management, budgets, M&A, debt, and private equity sponsor reporting. Drives accounting policy development, systems implementation, automation, process improvement, and scalable global finance operations.

Compounds, prepares, quality-tests, and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with company, state, federal, and radioactive-material regulations. Supports pharmacy operations, inventory, purchasing, staff oversight, customer clinical inquiries, and technician training. The role may serve as Pharmacist in Charge and requires schedule flexibility, strong communication, leadership, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
