Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal platforms (Prophet, Encore). Translate business needs into requirements, manage backlog and releases, partner with engineering/QA/operations, drive modernization and automation, track product KPIs, and ensure operational alignment and user satisfaction.

Serve as hands-on executive finance leader partnering with CEO, private equity, and business leaders to oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, reporting, audit, ERP systems, and financial strategy. Build scalable financial infrastructure, dashboards, and controls; present board and investor materials; manage banks, auditors, and lenders; drive forecasting, capital planning, M&A analysis, and organizational scalability within a private-equity environment.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, investigations, performance management, offboarding, leave administration, compliance, reporting, and HRIS data integrity. Partner with HR Director on complex decisions and ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation.
