Advises executive leadership on employee relations, performance management, compensation, engagement, leadership development, change management, compliance, and culture. Oversees talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, training, HR processes, and multi-state workforce practices while using HR metrics and employee feedback to improve organizational effectiveness.

Lead software and IT projects from planning through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and improving team effectiveness. Provide leadership with project status updates and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
