As the Manager of IAM, you will lead IAM strategies, architecture, and services, implementing identity security and Zero Trust frameworks while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance security and compliance across on-premises and cloud environments.

Lead transformation of Account Management into a proactive, insight-driven client partnership model. Build scalable operating processes, governance, and performance frameworks. Coach and develop account teams, drive client retention and growth, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and use data to monitor account health and inform executive engagement and renewals.

Manage day-to-day technical operations of the 340B platform: monitor system performance and data pipelines, triage incidents, coordinate with engineering and vendors, validate configurations, maintain documentation and runbooks, automate processes, generate operational reports, and improve workflows to ensure data integrity and program performance.

Lead and develop a team of 340B Account Managers and Coordinators, oversee a portfolio of 340B clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, drive performance against service and operational metrics, manage escalations, analyze portfolio trends, and partner cross-functionally to translate client feedback into product and process improvements.

Lead and develop the Implementation team to deliver end-to-end onboarding for new 340B clients. Manage timelines, quality, risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Operations, and Training to improve processes, drive adoption of tools, and ensure successful client launches.

The Technical Product Analyst translates complex business needs into technical specifications, validates data, ensures integrations meet standards, and collaborates with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
