Teams at Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group

Leads the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of commercial insurance projects. Coordinates stakeholders, project teams, resources, deliverables, milestones, and portfolio activities. Supports Agile adoption through Scrum or Kanban, facilitates iterative planning and continuous improvement, reports project progress and risks, escalates issues, and mentors project management staff at the Project Manager II level.

Manage and grow commercial insurance accounts by supporting Business Development Executives, identifying member needs, producing coverage analyses and proposals, executing cross-sell and retention strategies, and providing superior customer service and documentation.
