Seeking a community-minded pharmacist for 16-24 hours per week. Flexibility in hours with required Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday coverage.

Provide patient-focused clinical pharmacy services including medication counselling, opioid agonist therapy (methadone), minor ailment assessments and prescribing, injections, proactive medication problem resolution, and collaboration with prescribers and technical staff to improve workflows and patient experience.

Provide patient-focused medication counseling and clinical services (injections, medication reviews). Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, support dispensing and workflow, maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance, and contribute to a professional team environment in a community pharmacy.
