Lead Salesforce-driven sales operations: maintain CRM hygiene, manage pipeline and renewals, run incentive and audit processes, build reports/dashboards, generate sales insights, and drive cross-functional process improvements to improve forecasting and opportunity management.

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns and annual plans to drive revenue and brand recognition for PSG. Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to create content, manage events and tradeshows, optimize channels, track KPIs, and streamline marketing operations. Serve as a brand ambassador, manage approvals, and ensure messaging consistency across digital, PR, and traditional channels.
