Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of growth and engagement machine learning systems. Build production ML pipelines, real-time decisioning, recommendation engines, semantic search, lifecycle models, and experimentation frameworks. Partner with Product, Data Science, and Marketing to improve acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and engagement. Mentor senior engineers while establishing best practices for monitoring, feature stores, reproducible training, and data governance.

Leads Phantom’s global affiliate growth program from inception, recruiting and managing influencers, KOLs, publishers, and content partners. Develops partnership strategies, drives funded wallets and trader acquisition, analyzes performance metrics, optimizes campaigns, collaborates on promotional content, manages affiliate tracking technology, and owns program improvements. Requires crypto-focused affiliate marketing expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills.

Own end-to-end relationships with Phantom’s VIP members through in-app messaging and other channels. Responsibilities include onboarding, proactive check-ins, resolving high-stakes wallet and transaction issues, triaging escalations, coordinating exclusive experiences, communicating with product and engineering teams, and developing playbooks and service standards as the VIP program scales. The role requires deep crypto knowledge, discretion, strong written communication, security awareness, and flexible evening or weekend availability.
