Own end-to-end relationships with Phantom’s VIP members through in-app messaging and other channels. Responsibilities include onboarding, proactive check-ins, resolving high-stakes wallet and transaction issues, triaging escalations, coordinating exclusive experiences, communicating with product and engineering teams, and developing playbooks and service standards as the VIP program scales. The role requires deep crypto knowledge, discretion, strong written communication, security awareness, and flexible evening or weekend availability.

Design, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs connecting Phantom Cash to blockchains. Build reliable event-driven systems with REST APIs, distributed-system patterns, retries, idempotency, and data consistency. Collaborate across teams, document decisions, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standards. The role also involves blockchain integrations, operational ownership, observability, and delivering dependable financial products in a remote crypto environment.

Own and deliver frontend trading features across web, mobile, and browser extension platforms. Lead new blockchain integrations and product initiatives, collaborate with product, design and trading teams, interface with users and developers, and help grow the engineering team and culture.
