Leads the launch and ongoing delivery of career readiness and life skills programs in West Virginia. Responsibilities include program design, participant coaching, workshops, barrier resolution, employer and community partnerships, team management, data tracking, CRM administration, grant and SNAP E&T reporting, and workforce placement. The role requires in-person engagement across Kanawha County and surrounding counties, with an emphasis on recovery-informed, trauma-informed, and motivational interviewing approaches.

Teach elementary scholars by planning and delivering rigorous instruction, assessing mastery, tracking academic progress, and adapting interventions.
