Lead product strategy and roadmap for Prism as a data-center platform. Partner with CPO, Engineering, AI, Design, and GTM to drive integrations, customer research, pricing, and metrics; ship platform capabilities, mentor PMs, and expand adoption across personas and systems.

Fully funded 4-year PhD studentship in causal reinforcement learning combining theoretical foundations, algorithm development, and benchmarking. The student will formalize policy learning under bias, build RL algorithms leveraging causal structure, and evaluate methods on simulated environments. Supervised by University of Cambridge and Phaidra, based primarily at Cambridge with industry collaboration.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technically complex customer programs for Phaidra's industrial AI control systems. Own program strategy, customer relationships, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, documentation, and continuous process improvements while mentoring TPMs and aligning product and engineering to customer needs.
